John Levine

Very few composers in the world have set out with the same intent that drives John Levine to create his miraculous Alphamusic. Trained originally as an electronic engineer and then as a classical composer (B.Mus. Sydney University), John has always been fascinated by the psychology of hearing, observing how babies to the elderly reacted to many kinds of music and sounds. After considerable experimentation, John established a series of compositional principles upon which he based rules to create what he has named ‘Alphamusic’. The aim of which is to reduce the stressed Beta brainwaves to the calmer Alpha brainwaves. He is currently co-operating on research projects with neuroscientists Prof Stefano Seri and Dr Marina Rose at Aston University and Birmingham Children’s Hospital and clinical psychologist Dr Debra Bekerian, Alliant University California.
John’s Alphamusic now has become an effective tool anyone can use to cope with stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression and more.
