1. Are you going to sell my email address and other datas to the third party?

No, all our clients and partners datas are strictly confidential. We do not release them, unless client or partner agrees.

2. Do you deliver your CDs to Germany or to Austria? And if so how can we proceed. Or do you have a POS (Point of Sales) in Germany?

We can take telephone orders paying by most credit cards. All orders will be processed in Pounds Sterling and converted to your currency by your Card provider.
We do deliver our CDs worldwide.

3. Although I am aware that one of the CD's is aimed at children, I'd like to know what other differences exist between all of Alpha music CDs. Is that some are more suitable professional use rather than personal? Do they provide different benefits? Also, do any of the CDs help one to achieve theta & delta states?

We offer our clients two versions (a few titles have three versions) of John’s CDs - professional (60 mins) and standard (Music For Home – 45 mins). Professional versions are mainly purchased by therapists as background for treatments. We offer therapists performance licenses, so they could use our Alphamusic professionally. When the background is too noisy then we have prepared special mixes called 'Busy Place Versions' (only on a few titles) used by shops, busy/noisy offices, reception areas, public places and in transit, for instance on trains, planes or buses.

At first glance, it seems that some CDs can provide similar benefits, for example Amber and Orange Grove Siesta CDs are reported to be especially useful for Insomnia, but there is a difference – Orange Grove Siesta CD is especially popular with women (women often have an overly busy mind which prevents sleep), and Amber CD is more useful for men. What is more, our Alphamusic CD's have provided many other reported listener benefits.

Listeners can achieve theta & delta states during listening to CDs like Silence of Peace, Silence of Vision or Silence of Heart, but it depends on the person and what they want to achieve.

5. What are the postage prices? Are they included in CD price?

No, the postage prices are excluded from CD price. The postage prices depend on how many CDs were ordered. We do try to keep the delivery cost at a reasonable level for our clients.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to send ordered products as soon as possible within 14 working days from the date of order. However please allow 28 days for delivery as sometimes we may be out of stock due to high volume of orders.

10. My CD cover is different than I ordered. Why?

Due to process of replacing our CD covers into new artwork, please note that we still have an old stock with previous versions of CD covers. It may happen that you receive the CD with an old artwork, however the product is still the same.
