John has spent his working life in music research and composition. He has studied brain function, meditation techniques, psychology and the metaphysics of illness.

Our stressful lives
At some point in our lives we all endure the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
- Stress can cause depression and make it hard to concentrate and block creativity.
- Stress can affect our sex drive, even leave us impotent.
- Stress may induce uncomfortable physical symptoms: insomnia, premature aging and appetite loss, allergies and high blood pressure are just a few.
