This questionnaire is one way of looking at how listening patterns of Alphamusic may change over time alongside your noted effects. Golfers may like to also record scores, athletes - speed, or for anyone - a simple 1-10 score of how you feel at the beginning and end of the day; just the act of having a plan of improvement and seeing the results unfold as you follow your own ‘quest for perfect health’ is a positive reward. To get the most out of Alphamusic, John Levine recommends using different CDs for different improvement aims or conditions, so the power of association is not diluted. Using a motivational energising CD for sport health improvement and also using it to relax, could have great benefits for your sport, but get you thinking about your game plan following your association with the music instead of relaxing. If you are a golfer who also has trouble sleeping, and you use an Alphamusic CD to help you sleep, listening to the same CD on the golf-course could have more of a soporific effect than you expected.
